Geoff Milan
Geoff serves as Operational Chief Pilot at Apollo Air Group, where he oversees flight standards, pilot qualifications, training, and the development and enforcement of operational procedures. In this role, he ensures every mission is executed in complete alignment with company policy, regulatory requirements, and the highest standards of professional best practice.
Geoff brings more than two decades of regional and legacy airline experience to Apollo Air Group. He currently serves as a Boeing 737 Captain, with previous experience on the Boeing 777 and 787. His career spans regional airline operations, advanced flight instruction, and leadership roles within training environments—providing him with a broad operational perspective and a disciplined approach to flight safety and performance.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Aeronautics from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Geoff’s depth of experience and steady leadership ensure safe, consistent, and mission-ready flight operations across the Apollo Air Group fleet.
